YANTRA ART THERAPY WORKSHOP
Yantra is a vastu graphical tool that is targeted for balancing imbalances and supporting positive energy in space. It's one of the most powerful symbols that connects us to the collective states of consciousness. In the home the positive energy of Yantras spreads into space, and meditating on them rises spiritual consciousness. Their symbolism and art are found in many ancient civilizations.
Yantra on Sanskrit indicates "what he carries" or "vehicle ", which means that Yantra transfers a certain energy and spreads it where it is. Yantra is a graphical representation of a certain sound vibration "Mantra ".

The extraordinary energy power of yantri depends on their accuracy in geometry which is complex but is the key to its effectiveness. In addition to the geometric elements, they are included and spelled mantras that together shape the energy of space, given the key energy points of Yantre. While saying certain mantras they activate the energy Yantri.
The yantre are determined by the sides of the world, their rulers, their planets, their deities. Can be spiritual yantre, art or numerical yantre, can be used to harmonize the energy of space, for meditation which helps to elevating consciousness or can serve as artistic value. - Yantra Yoga deals with themes: Sacred geometry and symbolism of yantri and mandala, healing Art of Veda, techniques of concentration and meditation
- Inspirational Art workshops drawing and painting (painting on canvas)
